Returns:

• We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of purchase.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shorthairdc.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
• You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the product.
• We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refunds:

• We offer refunds for the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping fees.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for products that are not securely packed, for save transportation back to us.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at contact@shorthairdc.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund.
