Can I return an item, any courier charges?

Any goods for return must be advised within 14 days from invoice date and advise reason for being returned.

All returns must be authorised by a Short HairDC team member – unexpected items returned (not authorised by Short HairDC) will be sent back to the sender.

All items being returned are to be unused packaged well for save transportation back to us.

Courier charges on returns are not refundable. There will be no additional courier charge is the item is classified as faulty as we will send the replacement back to you at our expense.

Please select your items carefully as we accept no responsibility for incorrect ordering. We do not offer refunds or credit notes on change of mind purchases. If you need to return a product for an exchange then the courier cost to return will be paid by yourself and an additional courier charge will be added to the exchange item order.

Also no exchanges, refunds or credit notes will be given on sale items.

Are all the wigs human hair or synthetic?

We sell just 100% human hair, each wig information is on the product page.

My item arrived broken/damaged?

You must inform us within two working days of receiving your order if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and resolve the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. The courier company may contact yourself and ask for additional info on the damaged goods.

Short HairDC at its own discretion will repair or replace any damaged or defective goods that have been damaged in transit. If we cannot repair or replace the item, we will refund you, including the shipping costs.

What happens when I pre-order a wig?

If an item is sold out, you will be directed to pre-order the wig.

Please note that all pre-ordered wigs take 10 days to process and will be shipped to buyer as soon as this is processed.

We aim to shorten this pre - order processing time. Please be assured that you will be notified if the time have been shorten.

The maximum processing time is 10 days, your tracking details will be sent to you as soon as we have completed the order process.

Your are allowed up to 48hours after your pre-order is completed, to cancel the order. All pre-order cancelation payments will be processed within 5-7 days.

My item is faulty?

If you discover that your item has a fault then please contact us at contact@shorthairdc.com within 3-5 days of receiving the item and quote your invoice number.

Short HairDC will assess any goods that are classified as faulty and will happily refund or replace your item.

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted as a replacement or repair.

When will i get my Pre-ordered wig

All pre-ordered wigs will be processed within 10 days after order or sooner. You will get an update on your order as soon as it is ready to be shipped. Not later than 10 days after you've ordered.
